Information we collect
Free trial, demo and enquiry form
When you send the form on our Free Trial or Contact page, we save:
- your full name
- your email address
- your phone or WhatsApp number
- your message, if you write one
- the type of request (free trial, demo or enquiry) and the time you sent it
“Stay Updated” email box
When you enter your email address in the “Stay Updated” box at the bottom of each page, we save your email address and the time you sent it.
WhatsApp chat
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with us in WhatsApp. This website does not store what you type there. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we receive them as any WhatsApp contact would.
How we use your information
- to reply to your request and arrange your free trial or demo
- to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the request you made
- to keep a list of email addresses entered in the “Stay Updated” box, for the updates that box offers
Where your information is stored
Form and “Stay Updated” submissions are saved in the website’s database. The BullsEdges team views them through a password-protected admin page.
Our team also adds free trial, demo and enquiry requests to a separate customer relationship management (CRM) system to follow up on them. “Stay Updated” email addresses are not added to it.
Team members with admin access can download the list of requests as a spreadsheet (CSV) file. The file is saved on that team member’s own device, not on the website.
How long we keep it
- Website: free trial, demo and enquiry requests are deleted from the website’s database automatically once they are more than 15 days old. This check runs once a day.
- CRM and downloaded files: these copies are kept separately from the website and are not deleted by it automatically. Our team manages them.
- “Stay Updated”: email addresses are not covered by the 15-day deletion. We keep them until you ask us to remove yours.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use outside services to run the website. They handle data on our behalf as part of providing their service:
- Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit.
- Neon provides the database where form and “Stay Updated” submissions are saved.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser contacts Google and shares your IP address when a page loads.
- WhatsApp carries any chat you start with us through the WhatsApp button.
Cookies
The public pages of this website do not set cookies of their own and do not load analytics or advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have shared with us, or to remove your email address from the “Stay Updated” list, by emailing info@bullsedges.com. This inbox is monitored, and we handle reasonable requests sent to it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
